Community Classes with Create Freedom Arts Projects (CFAP)

Open to all levels and backgrounds, Community Classes are opportunities to learn various contemporary dance techniques and choreography from Adrienne D. Jackson in community with CFAP Resident Artists. Classes consist of warm up, across the floor exercises, and a combination. Adrienne and CFAP are intentional about creating a safe and fun space so that all can share in the life-giving joy of dance. If you’re new or nervous to attend class, trust you will be welcomed with open arms! Come share in fulfilling movement experiences to expand your creativity and freedom.

Create Freedom Arts Projects (CFAP) is a contemporary dance company and community of artists in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded in 2012 by Adrienne D. Jackson, CFAP’s mission is to inspire creativity, incite conversation, and inform the community.
CFAP provides opportunities and a safe space for novice and seasoned dance artists to develop their creative process and share it with the community. Through movement and conversation, CFAP cultivates community among dance artists and diverse audiences, allowing investigation and discussion of difficult social issues such as domestic violence, racism, and mental health.
